We had excellent service throughout our week in les gets. every day we were greeted with smiles, all staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience and helped my daughter (first time skiier) with her boots until she was confident to do it herself. we couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service. thank you

Third time in a row for me to rent ski equipment from the team and always great to see familiar faces in the désiré sport hire shop. still the cheapest that i can see in the les get region. in general, no issues at all with the equipment hired, with only one pair of ski boots being replaced with no issues at all.
